1099 FILING SERVICES
If your business paid $600 or more during the year for services, rent, or other reportable payments, the IRS may require you to file Form 1099-NEC and/or Form 1099-MISC (rent payments or certain attorney payments).
We handle the entire 1099 process for you — from collecting contractor and vendor information, reviewing vendor/payee setup and account mapping, to exporting data and filing forms electronically — so you remain compliant and avoid costly penalties.
We ensure each payment is reported on the correct 1099 form, giving you peace of mind at year-end.

Note: Client is responsible for providing accurate vendor details and payment totals. We will request W-9s and prepare forms based on information provided and the accounting records available.

Note: Client is responsible for providing accurate vendor details, payment totals and completed W-9 forms. While we will NOT be responsible for contacting vendors for W-9 forms on your behalf, we will review your vendor records for missing information and will update you accordingly.
