At the moment we do not prepare taxes, but we surely prepare your books and financial reports for tax filing. We ensure that your income, expenses, transfers, refunds, loans and liabilities are properly coded to reflect accurate reports.

Yes. We assist with payroll and sales tax management, including tracking, reporting, reconciliations, and filing support as part of select bookkeeping packages or as customized add-on services.

During our onboarding process, you will be given access to a temporary portal through Bloom. After onboarding is complete, you will be directed to your permanent client portal with Double HQ. All communication, document sharing and files will be done through this portal. You can also securely upload larger files through Dropbox or our shared google drive folder.

Yes, we require a signed engagement letter on file before any commitment begins. We operate on a month-by month basis, which means we do not bind you to a specific period or timeframe. Any parties can terminate the engagement, given a 30-day written notice.
